Admission Policy & Procedures

Admission at Loktak Christian Model High School is open to all applicants from KG-I through Class X, completely irrespective of caste, creed, or social status. Prospectus profiles and admission forms must be collected directly from the school office, accurately filled out, and submitted alongside authentic required documentation. For enrolment into KG-I, children must have completed 4 years of age but must not cross 5 years. Priority during the screening process is given to the children of active, participating members of the Meitei Presbyterian Singlup Synod. Furthermore, children of registered MPSS workers may be admitted into any vacant class without an entry test, provided all valid legal records are produced at entry.

For general fresher students applying from other educational institutions, admission is conditional upon passing an official interview and an entry test evaluating proficiency in English and Mathematics. They must also submit their formal transfer certificates, character certificates, and previous academic progress reports. Final selection for KG-I is handled through a strictly monitored lottery system compiled from candidates approved by our screening board. For Classes I through VIII, selection also leverages a lottery format if the volume of eager applicants exceeds the maximum seat capacity of the school. The school authority holds absolute rights to cancel any admission if documentation is discovered to be fraudulent, and all paid admission and computer fees remain entirely non-refundable.
