Teacher Qualifications & Professional Code

Our teaching staff are entitled as Assistant Teachers and are expected to uphold the highest levels of personal and professional integrity. Teachers instructing primary classes up to Class VI must hold a minimum 10+2 qualification or a university degree, while lower secondary teachers for Classes VII to X must possess a graduate degree accompanied by a mandatory B.Ed. credential. Professionally, all educators must arrive at school 15 minutes early and wear formal, exemplary attire daily, including mandatory neckties for masters and formal saris, salwar kurtas, or pants for lady teachers

To preserve institutional equity and shield classroom focus, faculty members are strictly forbidden from offering private tuitions, commercial boardings, or unauthorized hostels to any student of the school. Doing so results in immediate termination of contract. Furthermore, teachers are entirely prohibited from enforcing any form of physical or corporal punishment, as well as publicly abusing a child. They are expected to remain soft but firm, using child-cantered methodologies to motivate continuous growth.
